Pumpkin rice
I've been having this fried rice for all 3 of my confinements.
What's inside?
Chinese mushrooms, sliced pork, pumpking, chinese sausages topped with fried shallots.
needless to say, both my children love the pumpkin rice alot because it's sweet and tasty!
They both love the chinese mushroom and chinese sausages.
