Arrival of Christmas Tree!

 

Here's comes our Christmas tree on a Saturday morning! Hubs was having a meeting so the tree had to wait at our deck area first. After hub's meeting was over, we could start moving our christmas tree in!!! Yippee Yay yay! Our christmas tree arrives wrapped up with a plastic mesh, so it is quite easy to maneuver it in. During our selection of our tree at the Nursery, we brough our old tree base so that saved us a couple of bucks from getting a new one.

Jules and Jade helped to "unwrap" the tree! And the Christmas scent is released!! Ah....so nice! Had to "fluff" up our Christmas tree too, before we hang the christmas ornaments.

Christmas Dinner with Friends

Christmas Dinner, here's what we brought to the table:

1.  Oysters with lemons (us)
2. Chacuterie Christmas Tree (us)
3. Chocolate Eclairs and Durian Puffs (us)
4. Tiger Prawns (shux and ray)
5. Burrata Parma Ham Balsamic Salad (shux and ray)
6. Orange Country Chicken (brenda and mervyn)
7. Pecan Pie (brenda and mervyn)
8. Gingerbread house (by my neighbour)
9. 4 bottles of wine
   

it's a feast!!!
 

The ladies are prepping the dinner feast while the 2 gentlemen are talking at the living room with Jade. Shux actually washed the vegetable salad here and when she asked for a vegetable spinner, I actually told her that we haven't any!!! Anyway the burrata and parma ham salad was insanely good.

The boys have gone to their grandparents for an overnight stay. YAY!

last but not least to end the night with a gift exchange. Mervyn gifted us his Tilly airplant.
