Jade | Riding Tricycle

Jade's kindergarten teacher feedbacked to us that Jade doesn't know how to ride a tricycle by paddling with her feet and hence said her motor skills needs to be improved over the June holidays. I was so upset with this because when we were in Queenstown, staying on the 1st storey made it so easy for the kids to wander out, scoot and cycle! So both my boys had really good motor skills;climbing staircases were an easy peasy task too!

now that we have shifted to balestier, living on the 7th storey, having to make our way downstairs is quite a hassle and we have not unpacked the tricycle.
Not to be defeated, I told hubs to set up the tricycle and made Jade paddle with her feet. She tried a few rounds and managed to cycle within the day!

YAY.
mission accomplished.

Jules James | Doodles

While hubs and I are away on our annual holiday, the boys are staying over at my mums. My mum whatsapp me a whole series of blurred and underexposed photos of their doodles saying that she is holding an art competition amongst the boys to keep them occupied.

LOL.

Parent Teacher Conference - Aitong Primary

Today is the annual Meet the Parent Session; Parent Teacher Conference at Aitong Primary. Time to see Jules' form teacher and check up on his progress in school.

Nothing bad from the teacher and his progress is ok, comparable to all his classmates. Well that's good to hear!!!

Aitong Primary has a carp pond with a little red bridge over it and the kids love looking at the fishes swimming in the pond.
