Confinement Food Journal - Black Bean Soup

one of my favourite vegetables - Asparagus. Nanny has done it stir fried with sliced pork and ginger.
Black beans are very nourishing and they have a deep “meaty” taste similar to mushrooms, and are packed with antioxidants. They are also known to be an excellent source of cholesterol-lowering fiber and high quality protein. Black beans are packed with essential vitamins and minerals like folate, copper, magnesium, phosphorus and B Vitamins in addition to others.
