As my breast milk still hasn't started flowing, we have started Jules on formula milk first and to prevent
nipple confusion, we cup feed the formula. This way introduces quite a lot of air into his system so after a few gulps, we need to burp him real hard. There are other ways to feed formula too instead of the bottle which is to use a syringe.
