It's another new week.
Here's a shot on Jade doing her tummy exercise.
It's good to let your little one do their neck lifting exercise on a daily basis to strengthen their neck muscles. She enjoys it quite a bit especially when we put her on her back too long.
Back to head control movements...with some exercise, now when I carry her over my shoulder, she is able to hold her head steadily and look from left to right with confidence!
