What's Cooking? - Portobello Mushrooms Chicken chop with fresh salad

just baked oven Portobello Mushrooms which we bought from Fairprice, topped with ham, cheese and of course mushroom stalks.
 hubs marinated the chicken chop and grilled it. I did the salad and hubs cooked the corn cob.

It's not fancy but the boys loved it. =)
