Nowadays with premix bah kut teh spices, even my helper does a wonderful job of whipping up bah kut teh, and I'm even using braised premix too! from Seahs, it is so convenient. I only need 30mins of braising the pork belly, tau kwa, tau pok, hard boil eggs. Open a can of braised peanuts and stir fry vegetables and dinner is served!
