Whenever there's a sale for 2kg of boneless chicken thigh, I will buy it and store it in the freezer for chicken chop at home! Hubs is quite good at making oven baked chicken chop. Has a nice slightly charred top and super soft and tender meat. Which is also a reason why boneless chicken thigh makes the best chicken chop.
