My golden foil balloons are bought from Ezbuy. Very cheap but delivery takes about 1.5 to 2 months, so you have to plan in advance. Comes in various colours - Silver, Gold, Metallic Pink and Metallic Blue are the common ones.
Alternatively, you can also source for these balloons from Carousell. Daiso also sells foil number balloons too, but not as big as the one that Jade is holding in the photo. Daiso ones are about A4 paper size.
