Baby Food - Apple Puree


Home Made Apple Puree
(serves 6 small baby containers)

4 small gala apples, washed, peeled and core removed.
Cut apples to small chunks.
Heat up a saucepan with little water, when water starts to boil, lower heat, add the apple chunks for 10mins. Alternative: You can steam apple chunks.
Once apple chunks are soft and tender, drain and keep the water as it has nutrients.
Puree apple chunks in blender and add the water from the boiling.
Cool and pour puree into baby container.
Freeze.
