The boys got some mechanic toys from their yeye for christmas presents. They built it up quite fast too. Fortunately we are already on the eve of the new year, soon the kids will be started school again...there's so much time at home and not many things to keep them occupied for long.

My mother bought Jade t-shirts and a lovely dark blue dress from H&M for her.

My parents bought hubs an ikea Strala light and for me, a diffuser! So thoughtful! I immediately used it for my master bathroom.

I bought her a little "beauty kit" from NTUC fairprice. It's so cute and pink! It has a little mirror, hairdryer that blows out air, mini bag, iphone, comb, lipstick etc etc. Look at her excited face! hah!

HAPPY 8TH BIRTHDAY JULES!!!

Birthday cake from Grandpa who went around Orchard road the day before in search of a birthday cake during this circuit breaker. Grandpa finally founds one birthday cake at a hotel.

This year, no visitors and very few presents. Jules is upset but we tried to cheer him up. I purposely ordered a lego present from an online store a few weeks ago. My mum wanted me to buy something for Jules online but I told her that she is too late already, wouldn't arrive in time for his birthday. And today is Mothers' Day too, so it is even more difficult to get a cake for him. Godma tried to order a cake for him on his birthday but can only arrive a few days later...oh wells, that means he gets to celebrate his birthday again!

Eliz handmade birthday cake and present arrived early! And my present to him arrived too!! So he was a bit more settled in and have presents to open on his actual day.
