September Holidays | Desaru Day 4 | Beach

Day 4, after breakfast, we took the free shuttle bus from Hard Rock Hotel down to the beach. Actually it is within walking distance. Since we have come all the way to Desaru, a trip to the Desaru Beach is not complete without spending time at the beach right? The kids haven't had a chance to go to the beach to build sand castles! And we brought so many sand castle kits...

September Holidays | Desaru Day 3 | Ostrich Farm

 RISE AND SHINE!

8am: Breakfast. Wow, today there's Yong Tau Foo hot soup station! And it tasted great!

Everyone except hubs is wearing matching tees - Doraemon! Because later in the afternoon, we are going to the Ostrich Farm!

2nd morning at Hard Rock. This time round we made it to number 2 of the long queue for balloons. The boys had swords while Jade got another lollypop balloon. Yesterday's lollypop balloon burst after we came back from our Waterpark, we suspect it burst during room housekeeping.

Above: children below 30 kgs can get a ride on the ostrich for a small fee of RM20.

Above: Jade's turn on the ostrich. She tells me that the ride was wobbly but the ostrich was very soft. And you get a certificate from the Ostrich Farm after the ride.

A trip is not complete without standing on the hardiest egg on earth!
