Saturday Afternoon | Badminton and Playground

after lunch, we brought the kids downstairs to play badminton.

After awhile, we drove to a nearby HDB playground. There was a little boy who tried to play catching with them...but I think my kids are not very friendly...so in the end the little boy gave up playing.

Hello Monday!

It is Vesak day here in Singapore and hello! Our usual hearty breakfast at home. Hash browns, sunny side ups, bacon, slice of cheese on toast, some sausages and salad on the side. And not forgetting hubs freshly brewed coffee for me! Everyday, without fail.

Today we are bringing the kids out for some badminton under a flyover bridge!

The kids started off with a game of frisbee!

Jade's face is all flushed red with heat. So she gets a big black fan blowing wind at her face.
Seaweed cracker snack from Don Don Donki. Break time for the kids. After their little snack, they started to play badminton with their dad, while i browse on my mobile phone and help to take some photos of them. Yes, I'm the official photographer at home.

Dinner at home. Tonight we are having sambal brinjals (eggplant), stuffed squid with thai style sauce and some archar. Simple 2 dish meal.

Let's go downstairs for some badminton

Poor lighting for badminton! We let the kids played for about half an hour and hubs told them that it is really too dark, so we going to bring the kids outdoor for some badminton tomorrow!

Guess where we are bringing them? Lately we love going to the Tanjung Rhu under the flyover. Has sufficient shelter in case there is a sudden rain and great for outdoor activities.
