Friday Lunch | Ichiran Ramen

 

Our last packet of Ichiran Ramen from trip to Osaka. Slurps. Hubs made his own char siew and onsen egg. It was delicious!!

Jay Cooks | Steak, carrots potatoes and mushroom sauce

Beef for dinner again. What happened was the seller made a wrong delivery and we didn't have to return the meat. Hence we  have quite abit of beef from the wrong delivery and it was a happy problem! The children seem to like to eat their red meat!

Jay Cooks | Tomahawk

 

Lovely Saturday dinner at home with a glass of red wine. Today hubs is cooking tomahawk for the first time. OMG, it was lovely, Really putting our oven and meat probe to its use before we shift out. Also hubs was trying out this meat online store that sells several beef cuts and one of them is this lovely piece of tomahawk. If I'm not wrong, hubs bought it for about $60 including delivery.
