It's a Monday! I took leave today to bring the kids to Van Gogh an immersive experience at Resorts World Sentosa. The morning went lazily by since we had breakfast, the kids did some Lego before we made our way to the venue.

We bought a Lego Technic for James for his birthday this year. Do parents like us, running out of ideas for birthday presents according to age group and interests? Well, let's just say that our kids these days are still exploring on their own, so what they like can change over time or even over months. It's like their eating habits, one day they tell you they like mushrooms and the next day, they tell you that they don't like. Anyway, I always buy Lego for our children and even for their kids...and hubs told me one day, " you know your daughter doesn't like Lego right?"
Me: huh? I didn't know that.
Back to James' 9th birthday. After our dinner at Jack's place, everyone went home to sing James a birthday song followed by cake cutting. This year, I ordered an oreo cheesecake from Cat & The Fiddle.
The kids just came back from Desaru Adventure Waterplay and they made a swinging pirate ship to mimic their ride!
Happy Father's Day and please get well soon our dear daddy, the man of the house. Today is Hubs' 6th day of C+.
A game of dog and bone
Weekend Hearty Breakfast when the kids are all at home.
My usual breakfast - sausages, baked beans, spinach, sunny side eggs and a cuppa home brewed coffee by hubs.
Lunch was tomato pork shabu shabu soup noodles. Then all the kids went to build their lego sets. Jade is building her Friends Cinema theatre set.
