Jules James and Jade | Baking Easy Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves (optional, I didn't have, so didn't add any)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175 deg C. Grease 9x13 inch pan.
  2.  Combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with walnut halves, if desired. For me, because I had leftover chocolate chips, so I added about 1 cup of it into the batter.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 mins or until toothpick comes out with crumbs, not wet. Cool on wire rack.
