Jay Cooks | Home Version of Din Tai Fung

Today hubs wants to try making our home version of Din Tai Fung!!! OMG. He is quite ambitious. So he is preparing egg fried rice, xiaolongbao from scratch including dough, soup stock and all, fried pork chop and minced pork with pumpkin.

My only complain is that I don't have any greens for lunch, but the taste is pretty similar but the xiaolongbao dough is no where near Din Tai Fung! Sorry hubs, this I have to be honest.

But the effort is 200%. See photos below.
