Why is it so much work?
Firstly we need to use quite a bit of oil to fry the prawns and the pork cubes.
Secondly, the oil splutter is a lot to clean up. It's like kitchen horror left over work to be done.
Lastly, you need a big wok with high heat to quickly stir fry the sauces.
well, at least you gotta try before you know how hard our hawkers are working in their own kitchens.
