We just came back from Bintan this afternoon and we off to visit a close friend of ours for xmas dinner gathering! It was quite a rush since we took the late morning ferry from Bintan back to SG. While I unpack our stuff, hubs went down to the Balestier Food Market to buy a whole duck for the potluck. We took a Grab there since we knew that we will be drinking.
At our friends' place, they have already prepared quite a sumptous feast! There was non spicy and spicy otah and beehoon for the kids.
Our other friend came a little later and brought sushi to complement our Sake!
