Jay Cooks | Pork Belly Kimchi Rice

 

Hubs bought a new kitchen toy - blow torch from Lazada! And he is playing with his new toy. After baking the pork belly in the oven, he took it out to torch them. I'm not sure whether it makes a difference, but it is still yummy in the tummy!
Above: Kimchi Fried rice with Pork belly, topped with seaweed and romaine lettuce by the side. I suppose you can call this a fusion?
