If you are wondering what does our stick insects eat, well they only eat hisbiscus leaves. I bought a bouquet of roses but they didn't really like it. Our stick insects tend to be quite the picky eaters.

Other interesting facts which learnt about our stick insects is that they eat at night and only fresh leaves.

They moult upside down, or rather when they are hanging upside down in their containers. They tend to moult at night too, so we never had the chance to see them in real life action. Often we find their empty "skins" in the morning.
