Jay Cooks \\ Pigs Organ Soup 猪什汤

 

The little pot of leftover mustard green soup yesterday, hubs turned it into Pigs Organ Soup with tofu, liver slices, pork slices and pork meat balls. We had a plate of nai bai cai to go along with it and not forgetting a small saucer of chilli padi with dark soy sauce.

Super savoury!
