The little pot of leftover mustard green soup yesterday, hubs turned it into Pigs Organ Soup with tofu, liver slices, pork slices and pork meat balls. We had a plate of nai bai cai to go along with it and not forgetting a small saucer of chilli padi with dark soy sauce.

Dinner: Chinese Yam Corn and honey dates soup, stir fry cabbage with dried chillies and glass noodles, salted tofu

Jules \\ Mealworms

 

New pets at home. We have never had any pets in the home before. I can't believe I'm having mealworms now. According to my son Jules, he tells me that the mealworms will feed on oats and will turn into pupae and finally to beetles.
