Velle Cooks | Lemon Chicken Dutch Oven

 

Tried using chicken fillet instead of my usual boneless chicken thigh. I must confess it doesn't taste as juicy, tender and flavourful! So the next time when I cook this one pot dish again, I will use chicken thigh because it has more fats!
