Hotplate Egg Tofu! One of Jules' favourite dishes because it is so savoury and saucy, goes really well with rice. The only troublesome part I find is having to fry the egg tofu first and my kitchen will always have splatters of oil everywhere. Other than that, it is a pretty easy dish to whip up.
Tonight we are having spinach soup with anchovies, hotplate egg tofu in a pan and potato luncheon meat!
