DIY Fruit Project - HUBS project

 while i was onto my clay project. Hubs wanted to do home made Play Doh to make his fruits.

I was super amazed with the home made Play Doh because it felt like the original ones (the texture was so smooth and bendy) and the colour was so evenly mixed!! It was fantastic.

above: hubs made James a fruit platter - watermelon, strawberries, durian, grapes and kiwi. He left it out to dry overnight, just like what I did for my clay fruits.

Final night before Show and Tell...hubs last minute project work - sliced cardboard fruits. His play doh didn't dry at all or hardened up. Instead the colour faded!!! Ok. lesson learnt.
