Good Morning! It's a beautiful Saturday and we woke up about 9am, washed up and went down to The Line for our daily breakfast. It is a ala carte buffet style breakfast where you order online through your mobile phone and your breakfast will be served shortly. I truly miss having to take my own breakfast the usual buffet style. Are anyone like me? For example, when I have my breakfast porridge, I like it with fermented beancurd, spring onions and fishcake from the laksa/noodles station. Now, my porridge is served with youtiao (sorry, I don't like it), fried shallots (i also don't like), pickled vegetables. I want my ikan bilis from the nasi lemak section...
For hearty breakfast, I really don't like The Line's poached eggs, they were sour, too much vinegar in the water I guess. And there was no salad with my eggs. Too little mushrooms and I didn't order hash brown but it came with it...my sausage was missing. Sigh. I really want to take my own breakfast.
I ordered coffee, but I guess I didn't make myself clear and the waiter also didn't ask. My coffee came black. My second day breakfast, I made sure to order a white coffee. hah!
After breakfast, we went back to our room as there was still time before our next time slot at the Splash. Our hotel room was at the corner, and so our balcony, a full scallop shape plus corner was super huge!
after lunch, time to visit the Buds! Jade went to the Painting room for some quiet fun while boys went climbing up and down.
I forgot to mention, all my children had a goodie bag, comes with the Playcation package. Inside the goodie was a bottle of shampoo and body wash, tiger paper hat (because it is the year of the tiger), an activity book with a small bottle of colour pencils, a small packet of cookie and a pair of plush, super cottony soft bedroom slippers.
Dinner, we drove out to Orchard Central for some sushi cos we couldn't make any reservations in the restaurants of Shangri-la. I suppose we are too late...all the seatings were for 845pm again. It's ok, my kids love sushi anywhere, plus this one comes with sushi on choo choo trains. So they love it!

10am and it's time for us to go down to the splash!!!
WOOHOO! it was quite big! Pirate ship theme with 3 slides, nets for climbing.
Another section for younger children had a little water slide, water sprouts...rainbow arches with jet spray. Even the adults were enjoying all the water fun with their children.

Jade was super loving the slides.
Huge water bucket that pours massive water down!
