Jay Cooks \\ Chilli Ban Mee


Home Made Chilli Ban Mee. Using Sakura noodles as a base. Hubs braised the chinese mushrooms and mince pork. Separately fry up some garlic and reserved garlic oil. The rest are quite easily put together - crab stick, fish balls, prawns ,vegetables and runny egg. The important thing is Lao Gan Ma chilli (for adults)! And home made sauce - oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark sauce, sesame oil, salt and sugar to taste.
