Jay Cooks \\ Bah Chor Noodles

 
i think there's this is really my husband's version of bah chor mee...hahah cos we have spinach and big fishcake! But I must say, my husband's way of cooking the broth is very flavourful using chicken bones, pork ribs and anchovies, simmered for 3-4 hours.
