Confinement food Journal - What's for supper tonight!

On the 12th day after delivery, my nanny will start to boil herbal soup every night for me to drink at 9pm, just before i go to bed. Some days it will be Dangshan chicken soup, some days it will be Fish Maw Chicken soup and the rest will be double boil chicken with cognac.

For tonight, it's fish maw soup with red dates, dried scallops and quarter chicken.
