There were a few leftover red eggs from yesterday's full month party so nanny has dumped them into my vinegar pig trotter.
Today's dinner is very simple. Stir fried kailan, rice, hairy melon soup with fish, steam fish and vinegar pig trotter.
These days nanny wants to cook green papaya fish soup for me also cannot, because green papaya is hard to find! But the hairy melon is in season and she says usually she buys 1 melon for about $2, now it's in abundance! 3 melons for $2.40!
