what's inside our bibimbap? Hubs always makes it super yummy - look at my bowl! I have a heart shaped sunshine egg, julienned carrots, shimeji mushrooms, soy sprouts, spinach, a large seaweed and steak!
Super simple dish cooked in a shallow casserole. Wombok (long cabbage), sliced carrots, dried shrimp and shimeji mushrooms. It can be flavoured in different ways using different amounts of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, pinch of salt and sugar. And if you don't have oyster sauce, you can interchange with fish sauce and it works just as well! Reason being, there's already the unami flavour from the dried shrimp!
The kids just came back from Desaru Adventure Waterplay and they made a swinging pirate ship to mimic their ride!
