Sunbathing is a natural home remedy for treating jaundice in newborns.
The nurse told us to sun bathe her if we find that she is getting "yellow". The recommended times for sun bathing is between mornings 8am-10am and in the evenings from 5pm-6pm. You will need to remove the baby's clothing, leaving just the diaper on, cover the eyes from the direct sunlight and sun your baby for about 10mins on the front and back.
