Jules is going to Resort World SEA Aquarium while James is off to Marina Barrage as their school term theme is Sea Creatures and Changing Weather respectively.

Jade - Another Ordinary Day

it's a sunday today and Jade is spotting a really feminine romper with lace peter pan collar from H&M. Her denim bloomer shorts are from Seed Heritage where I bought it during a sale. She's looking very fair in white and skin looking like it's just made with collagen and nothing but collagen...MUMMY IS SO ENVIOUS!!!

Hotpot at Home

Sometimes when i want to eat hotpot at HaiDiLao 海底捞 and then my mind goes like...oh dear how to manage the 3 children and eat in peace. Firstly I have to wait for the food to cook. Secondly, we are afraid of spills and accidents. Thirdly, baby Jade might not be able to sit still for long and want to sleep or drink milk or poo???

Do you have the same worries as me? LOL.

So days like this, I will just tell hubs to go to our local supermarket and get my favourite hotpot ingredients and we will just do it at home - where the kids can stand on the chairs (because James is too short), Jules can watch telly while he wait for the food. Jade can play on the playmat with her toys and fuss if she wishes while my helper watches over her.

And just me and hubs can eat in peace first before we serve the rest.
Although it may be a long wait and we don't get a wide variety like in the restaurants but at least we can take our time and being comfortable at home.

oh yes.
Lots of dishes to wash after hotpot....

Jules - Sea Creatures Under the Ocean Project

will post more photos when i get the chance as I have tons of the process photos in my mobile.

Jules did the paper octupus. He and James helped to paint the turtles, crabs and jellyfish which were made from egg crates. The jellyfish legs were used plastic bags. 

The paper plate whale was done by hubs with Jules painting it. The water sprout is by ME! heeheee

The star fishes and coral were done by Jules and James while I helped to baked them.

Submarine is totally by Jules himself. So kudos to his pretty artwork!!! 

and the box is made from James' diaper carton. hahaha

 

 

Family Visits - Sis from Netherlands comes for a visit

 

My sis is back in Singapore for a short holiday and she brought back her latest edition to her family - cousin Owen. And she bought the boys a Black and Decker tool table.
