Jules@ East Coast Park - 1st Picnic

 My cousin and friends finally arrived with sausages and sandwiches and beehoon!!!! It started to drizzle when they got here but after moving around and looking for a pavilion to hide, the rain subsided and we all went out to play.

Pregnancy #2 - At 16 Weeks

here's me and Jules at my 16 weeks of pregnancy - not much to show yet. :)

Mum's 62nd Birthday - Happy birthday mummy!!!

We are on our way to have dinner at Long Beach Dempsey, one of mum's favourite seafood restaurant within the vicinity. And a green grasshopper is sticking onto our car for a breezy ride. Maybe he wants to eat some seafood too?

And we have reached Long Beach where mummy can't wait to get her hands on Jules and give him a good hug!!!

See the crab!!! they have all sorts of crabs here, white, rough crusty ones, long legged ones...and then they have something that looks like slugs too but with hard shells.

 the crabs here are HUGE!!! bigger than Jules!

 now is Daddy's turn to hold Jules...as we wait for the food to arrive. We ordered 3 coloured spinach (my favourite), signature tofu, roasted chicken (half), ee-fu noodles because it's mum's birthday and of cause, the best of the best!!! CHILLI CRAB! 1.7kgs!!!

 see that's size of the pincer, my mum is smiling from ear to ear!!! it's almost the length of my face!!!

 I bet mummy can't wait to sink her teeth into the flesh

After dinner, we went back to my parents' place to cut the birthday cake. And she' s uber delighted! we bought an orange chocolate cake from Pine gardens and it tasted good!!! The orange cream was light and the chocolate cake inside was moist.

 Happy Birthday Mummy!!!

Jules - In his UNIQLO PJs

Here are some photos of Jules in his quilted UNIQLO PJs! Looks really cute with the little pocket on his chest. Although it's a little thick for our singapore weather, but for aircon rooms, i think it's fine.
Here's his little routine before he sleeps.
Usually he loves to stroll to the changing station, pretend to press some moisturiser out and rubs it onto his shirt like what we do for him after a shower.
lately he's very into mimicking what others are doing.
e.g.:

1. he will take my bottle of lotion, without opening the cover, he will rub his hand over the cover and then pretend to put moisturiser on his hands and chest!
2. He took hubs' ipod shuffle and put it under his chin as if he was shaving like what hubs does with his shaver!
3. There was one time, a beetle flew in and hubs went to get a cushion to swap it out and Jules immediately went to the couch to get a cushion and followed his dad to "swap" something in the air.
4. My helper tried smack a mosquito and Jules did the same, smacking the floor.
5. He walks with his hands behind his back like an adult. ( i have no idea who he is imitating here!)

here are some of the process photos:

The pack of wall stickers come in 3 parts to stick onto the wall.

1. First decide on a wall where you intend to put the sticker. 
2. Clean the surface with a wet cloth. 
3. Remove the sticker from the backing.
4. Use a pencil to mark 30cm from the floor up.
5. Stick the first piece of sticker at 30cm with reference to your pencil mark and continue to stick the other 2 stickers as you go along.
