After going up and down repetitively on 1 step. James is feeling very accomplished with his new feat. He sits on the cool floor and is taking a break now.

Jules fell into a drain

i brought the 2 boys to the playground to play. When it was time to return home, Jules insisted on going home first. So i carried baby James and allowed Jules to walk ahead of us. And when he got home then I realised that he had 2 deep scratches on his leg. I asked him what happened. He said he fell down. He didn't cry but only told me that it was painful.

oh darling.....sometimes I wished you might just cry when it's painful.

Jules came home with fishes!

i don't know about how other parents would react but when hubs told me that Jules came home with a small tank of fishes, i nearly fainted! Ok. that's abit exaggerating but I was having the biggest OMG look on my face and almost screamed in the phone.

firstly, i have no idea how to look after fishes.
secondly, i don't really have time to look after my 2 sons, least of all a small tank of fishes which hubs was telling me it will filled with fishes!

seriously. I'm all for school excursions to fish farms or chicken farms that educates our children on where and how an egg comes from or to learn more about sea creatures but to bring home a living thing is another thing altogether!!!

this is so not cool.

Jules favourite cartoon at the moment is Lightning Mcqueen or rather the official name of the Movie is "Cars 2". Yeap. He can watched it every day and not get sick of it. But of course we don't let him watch it every day. hahah... it's times during weekends when it is gets very tiring to entertain the 2 boys and the easiest way out is to let them watch a movie together, that's when we get some "peace" and time on our hands.

Jules School Field Trip to Farmart Centre

This semester's theme was on animals so Jules' kindy brought them to the Farmart Centre. Located at Sungei Tengeh Road. The kids enjoyed themselves immensely when they got their turns to feed the bullfrogs, mountain goat, rabbits and carps.

Towards the end of the field trip, every kid was given a small packet of quail eggs to bring home.

And i find him getting very bucktooth because he is still sucking his thumb every night before he goes to bed! really hope he can wean it off soon.
